Disclosure: These are my own results. I weighed 164.4 lbs in June 2023, began dedicated training in September 2023, and reached a stage-lean low of 120 lbs in July 2024 for a competition — a weight that is not sustainable or typical day-to-day. Even before June 2023, I had prior experience with training that may have helped achieve these results. Photos shown include both competition condition and other points in my training. Individual client results have not been independently tracked and will vary based on starting condition, consistency, and effort.
